Thermoforming

• Thermoforming is a cost‑effective and flexible method for producing shaped plastic components. Ideal for machine covers, panels, housings and exterior vehicle parts.

Offline programming

• Robot programming is done offline, enabling rapid changes and minimizing downtime. Programs can be updated without stopping production.
• Offline programming can begin before tooling is complete, so trimming can start immediately after forming.

Trimming

• Robotic trimming ensures precise and repeatable results from batch to batch.
• Parts are trimmed on CNC-machined fixtures, ensuring quality and enabling accurate offline programming.
